Return Process

  Log into your AYO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is secure to prevent damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
